POSITION: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Hanoi Office: 18th Floor, Tower B, Capital Palace – 29 Lieu Giai – Ngoc Ha – Hanoi
Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Finance Director / General Director

Lead, structure, and manage the Finance & Accounting department; oversee team training on professional competencies and procedural compliance.
Establish and develop the company's financial and accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
Lead the development and implementation of the company's cost control frameworks and cost analysis (COGS).
Manage all accounting operations; conduct periodic reviews of ledgers, vouchers, and financial activities to ensure full compliance with established policies and procedures.
Responsible for preparing and submitting all periodic and ad-hoc financial, management, and tax reports as required by management and relevant authorities.
Manage cash flow, forecast financial risks, and report on cash flow planning to ensure long-term financial stability.
Monitor budget execution and propose procedural improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Serve as the primary liaison with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and other external government agencies as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
A valid Chief Accountant Certificate or CPA is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, specifically within the hospitality or luxury cruise industry; experience in a large corporate environment is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations regarding tax, accounting, and corporate finance.
Proven ability in strategic planning and systems thinking.
Strong leadership, training, and personnel development skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience working with government authorities.
A high degree of meticulousness, integrity, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
