POSITION: FINANCE SPECIALIST
Location: Amorasae Hanoi Office – 18th Floor, Tower B, Capital Palace – 29 Lieu Giai – Ngoc Ha – Hanoi
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Finance Director / General Director
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee company-wide budgeting, planning, and monitoring of budget execution.
Conduct financial analysis, forecast financial risks, and develop capital mobilization strategies to support business operations.
Prepare project loan documentation; liaise with credit institutions and banks to monitor disbursement schedules and project financial performance, proposing solutions to optimize costs and enhance profitability.
Prepare periodic financial reports and management reports for senior management.
Support internal and independent audit processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure transparency and efficiency in financial management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role. Experience in the hospitality or luxury cruise industry is highly preferred.
Priority will be given to candidates with a background in a large corporate environment.
Strong skills in data reconciliation, analysis, and management reporting.
Proficiency in financial planning and budget management.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Meticulous attention to detail, high integrity, and a strong sense of accountability.
